Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the SEO, Facebook/Meta Ads, and Google Ads services provided by 2Analyst.

Before work begins, we share the project scope and these terms for your review. By accepting our proposal or confirming the project in writing, you agree to the applicable terms.

1. Our Services

We provide digital marketing services based on your business needs and agreed package.

Services may include:

  • SEO: Audits, keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimization, content, local SEO, authority building, and tracking.
  • Facebook/Meta Ads: Audits, campaign planning, targeting, ad copy, creatives, setup, optimization, and tracking.
  • Google Ads: Audits, keyword research, campaign planning, ad copy, setup, optimization, and tracking.

Only the services and deliverables listed in your agreed scope are included.

2. Project Scope and Price

Before starting, we confirm in writing:

  • The tasks and deliverables included.
  • The pages, campaigns, or accounts covered.
  • The fixed service price and currency.
  • The delivery schedule.
  • The revision limit and support period.
  • Any access, information, or approvals needed.
  • Any separate third-party costs.

Additional tasks require a separate agreement. We will explain any additional charges before carrying out that work.

A one-time package does not include ongoing campaign management, SEO maintenance, or a monthly retainer unless separately agreed.

3. Free Audits

A free audit helps identify relevant problems, opportunities, and next steps.

The audit’s coverage depends on the information and access available. It does not include implementation unless expressly stated.

Requesting or receiving a free audit does not require you to purchase our services.

4. How We Prepare and Deliver Work

We prepare the agreed work outside your live website or advertising campaigns.

Where applicable, we share Google Sheets, Google Docs, or other deliverables for your review and approval before implementation.

Once you approve the work, we request the access needed to upload or implement it.

Approval of a document does not authorize additional spending, new services, or changes outside the agreed scope.

5. Account Access and Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, required materials, timely feedback, and permission to use supplied content and assets.

We request website or advertising-account access only when needed for the agreed work. Where possible, please provide user permissions rather than sharing passwords.

Your website, domain, Google Ads account, Meta accounts, and business assets remain under your ownership and control.

You are responsible for:

  • Approving your offer, pricing, business claims, and advertising materials.
  • Providing lawful rights to supplied images, logos, videos, and content.
  • Maintaining valid billing details for advertising platforms.
  • Confirming the advertising budget and any spending limits.
  • Meeting applicable business, privacy, and advertising obligations.

6. Review Before Payment

For packages offered on a Pay After Completion basis, we complete the agreed work before requesting payment.

We provide restricted review access to our deliverables for 30 minutes so you can inspect the work and verify that the agreed tasks are complete. This does not restrict your existing access to your own website or advertising accounts.

If you find missing work or have concerns, tell us during the review. We will address those concerns before requesting payment.

Once you review and confirm completion, payment is due at the agreed price.

7. Advertising Spend and Third-Party Costs

Our service fee is separate from advertising spend paid to Google or Meta.

Advertising budgets, campaign launch approval, and spending arrangements must be agreed before ads are activated. Approval of campaign documents alone does not authorize a campaign launch.

Other costs may include hosting, domains, paid tools, stock assets, development, or publisher fees. We will explain these costs and obtain your approval before purchasing them on your behalf.

We do not add undisclosed charges.

8. Introductory Offers and Discounts

Introductory offers, including any advertised 90% discount, apply only to the packages and conditions stated in the offer.

The offer will identify the applicable regular price, discounted price, included work, eligibility, and any expiry date.

A discount does not include additional services or third-party costs unless expressly stated.

9. Delivery Times

Delivery dates depend on the agreed scope, timely approvals, required access, and the complexity of the work.

If missing information, access problems, platform reviews, or other issues affect delivery, we will explain the impact and provide an updated schedule.

Same-day, next-day, or other accelerated delivery applies only when confirmed in writing for the specific work.

A task-completion deadline is not a deadline for achieving rankings, leads, or sales.

10. Revisions and Support

Revisions are provided within the limit stated in your package and apply to the agreed deliverables.

New pages, new campaigns, a changed offer, or a different project direction may require additional work and a separate price.

Support is available during the period stated in your package. Ongoing optimization or management is included only where expressly agreed.

11. Results and Platform Decisions

We commit to completing the agreed work and providing evidence of delivery.

We do not guarantee:

  • A particular Google ranking or indexing date.
  • A fixed amount of traffic, leads, or sales.
  • A specific cost per conversion or return on ad spend.
  • Ad approval, account approval, or uninterrupted advertising.

Results depend on factors including competition, budget, your offer, website quality, customer demand, and platform decisions.

Google and Meta control their own reviews, policies, delivery systems, and account restrictions. We remain responsible for performing our agreed services with appropriate care.

12. 7-Days Money-Back Guarantee

Eligible one-time packages are covered by our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the terms shared before your project starts.

The seven-day period starts when we receive your payment. We confirm the refund request deadline in writing.

The guarantee covers the eligible service fee paid to 2Analyst. Advertising spend and disclosed third-party costs are handled separately.

During the guarantee period, contact us before changing or replacing the delivered work. Unapproved changes that affect that work may exclude refund requests relating to the affected work.

The full 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee Policy explains coverage, exclusions, and the request process. For guarantee matters, that policy takes priority over this summary.

13. Cancellation and Project Changes

If you want to cancel or pause a project, notify us in writing as soon as possible.

We will confirm the work completed, any approved third-party commitments, and the next steps. Cancellation charges apply only where disclosed and agreed before the project began.

Cancellation requests do not remove rights available under the guarantee or applicable law.

14. Ownership and Confidentiality

You retain ownership of materials and accounts you provide.

After full payment, you may use the custom deliverables created for your project. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences. Our existing tools, methods, and reusable templates remain ours unless otherwise agreed.

We use confidential project information only to deliver the agreed services or meet legal obligations. We do not publish your private information, results, or project materials as a case study without your permission.

15. Privacy and Security

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

We use account access only for authorized project tasks. After implementation and related checks, we delete stored login details and stop using that access. You can remove our permissions or change shared passwords.

Please do not send sensitive information through general enquiry forms.

16. Problems or Disputes

If you have a concern, contact us with your project details and a clear explanation.

We will review the agreed scope, approvals, and delivery records and work with you to resolve the issue.

These terms do not exclude liability or remove rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms for future projects.

The version shared and accepted before your project starts applies to that project. Material changes to an existing agreement require written agreement.
