Terms and Conditions

At 2Analyst, we want you to feel confident about the SEO, Facebook/Meta Ads, and Google Ads services you buy. If you are unhappy with the delivered work, you can request a refund under the terms below.

1. What the Guarantee Covers

This guarantee covers the service fee paid directly to 2Analyst for your agreed one-time SEO, Facebook/Meta Ads, or Google Ads package.

Before starting, we confirm the included tasks, relevant pages or campaigns, price, delivery schedule, revision limit, and support period in writing.

If you are unhappy with the delivered work, you may request a full refund of the covered service fee within the guarantee period. Please explain your concern so we can understand what went wrong.

2. Review the Work Before Payment

Once the agreed work is completed, we provide restricted access for 30 minutes so you can inspect the work, review the deliverables, and verify that the agreed tasks are complete.

Depending on your package, this may include reviewing website changes, SEO reports, campaign settings, targeting, ad copy, creatives, or tracking setup.

Review access covers our deliverables. It does not restrict your ownership of, or existing access to, your website or advertising accounts.

If you find anything missing or have concerns, tell us during the review. We will address those concerns before requesting payment.

After you review and confirm that the agreed work is complete, you pay the agreed price.

3. When Your 7-Day Guarantee Starts

Your 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee starts when we receive your payment, rather than when we deliver the work or provide review access.

You have seven calendar days from the payment date and time to submit a refund request under these terms. We will confirm your payment and provide the exact refund request deadline in writing.

Reviewing the work and confirming completion before payment does not remove your right to request a refund during the seven-day guarantee period.

4. Revisions Are Available

You may request changes within your package’s agreed revision limit.

We may offer to correct the work first, but accepting revisions is optional. You do not have to accept a revision instead of requesting a refund.

If you submit a refund request on time, the request remains valid while we discuss or complete any agreed corrections.

5. Service Delivery and Marketing Results

This guarantee covers satisfaction with the delivered work. It does not promise a particular ranking, traffic level, number of leads, sales, cost per conversion, or return on ad spend.

For SEO: Search engines need time to discover and assess website changes. Completing SEO tasks quickly does not mean ranking growth will happen within the same period.

For Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads: Results depend on factors such as your budget, competition, offer, audience, landing page, tracking, and platform delivery. Campaign setup or optimization does not guarantee profitable results within seven days.

Ad approval, uninterrupted delivery, and account approval are controlled by the advertising platforms and cannot be guaranteed by 2Analyst.

The absence of improved marketing results within seven days is not, by itself, a reason for a refund under this guarantee. You can still raise concerns about the quality or completeness of the agreed work.

6. Separate Costs

The guarantee covers 2Analyst’s service fee only.

It does not cover advertising spend charged by Google or Meta, or separately itemized third-party costs such as hosting, domains, paid tools, stock assets, or publisher fees, where those costs were explained and approved before purchase.

Refunds of platform charges are subject to the relevant platform’s policies. Any refundable third-party amounts recovered by 2Analyst on your behalf will be returned to you.

We will not introduce undisclosed deductions after your refund request.

Free audits have no paid fee to refund.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@2analyst.com or contact us through the WhatsApp conversation used for your project.

Please include:

Your name and website address or advertising account ID.
Your service package or invoice details.
A short explanation of why you are unhappy with the delivered work.

Send the request within the seven-day deadline. You do not need to provide a technical audit or performance report to explain your concern.

8. Refund Processing

We will acknowledge your request within two working days.

Once we confirm that the request falls within these terms, we will issue the refund within seven working days, normally through the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit it.

For this policy, working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

9. Changes During the Guarantee Period

During the seven-day guarantee period, please contact us before you or another provider changes, removes, or replaces the work we delivered.

This includes changes to relevant website pages, SEO settings, campaign settings, budgets, bidding, targeting, ads, creatives, or tracking.

If changes are made without our written approval and affect the delivered work, refund requests relating to that affected work are not covered by this guarantee.

10. Your Other Rights

These terms describe our voluntary seven-day guarantee. They do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

The terms shared before your project starts apply to that project. Later policy changes will not reduce your existing guarantee.
