2. Information We Collect
Information Collected Through Website Use
We do not use tools to identify visitors’ IP addresses, locations, operating systems, or device details for visitor profiling.
We collect the information you choose to provide when you submit a form, request an audit, or contact us by email or WhatsApp. This may include your name, contact details, website address, and service requirements.

6. Enhanced Conversions and Customer Audiences
If enhanced conversions or similar measurement features are enabled, we may share information you provide, such as an email address or phone number, with Google or Meta to measure advertising results.
Supported identifiers may be hashed before transmission. Hashing does not make personal information anonymous.
If customer-list audiences are used, we may share eligible contact information with an advertising platform to match existing contacts and show relevant advertising.
We obtain consent for this sharing and use where required. We do not upload client-owned customer lists for 2Analyst’s own advertising.
7. Client Websites and Advertising Accounts
To deliver agreed services, we may access client websites, analytics, search data, advertising accounts, campaign information, and lead or conversion records.
We use this information to perform the agreed work and follow the client’s documented instructions. Access is limited to people who need it for the project.
Where we process personal information on a client’s behalf, the client remains responsible for its own privacy notices, lawful data collection, and required permissions. Our responsibilities are governed by the applicable service agreement and any required data-processing agreement.
8. Who We Share Information With
We share information only where needed with:
- Authorized team members and service contractors.
- Hosting, communication, storage, analytics, and payment providers.
- Google or Meta when the disclosed advertising features are enabled.
- Professional advisers or authorities where legally required.
We do not sell your contact information to third parties. Service providers must handle information according to their agreed responsibilities and applicable requirements.
9. International Processing
We use services such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp to share work and communicate with clients. These providers may store or process information outside Pakistan.
Their handling of information is explained in their respective privacy policies.
10. How Long We Keep Information and Account Access
We prepare the agreed work outside your live website, Google Ads account, or Meta Ads account. We share Google Sheets or Google Docs links for your review and approval before uploading or implementing the work.
We request login information or account access only when needed to upload or implement the approved work.
We retain login information only for the time needed to complete the upload, implementation, and related checks. Once these tasks are finished, we delete stored login details and stop using the access. You can then remove our account permissions or change any passwords you shared.
Project documents, approval records, communications, and payment records are separate from login information. We retain these only as needed to deliver the service, provide agreed support, handle refunds, and meet applicable legal obligations.

11. Information Security
We use appropriate safeguards for the information we handle, including secure website connections, access controls, and restricted project access.
No website or storage system can guarantee complete security. If a breach requires notification under applicable law, we will notify the relevant people or authorities as required.

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
